AGM and Networking Event

We invite you to our 29th AGM and Networking event. Join us to celebrate the work of our members, acknowledge our collective achievements and discuss how we can continue to work together.

Theme: Communities working and learning together to address health inequalities

The event will create a space for discussion, shared learning, networking and create connections with others who use community development and asset-based approaches to address health inequalities.

You will hear from…

• Gillian Lewis, Healthy Living Centre Manager, from Resurgam Trust and Dr.Lisa Cromey, Public Health Consultant, PHA will share how the Lisburn Health Inequalities Hub developed their Local Health and wellbeing Profile.
• Jenny Marshall, Executive Director of Communities, will share how MEAPP has used asset-based community development approaches to develop their award-winning IMPACT Agewell programme in partnership with NHSCT
• CDHN team about how we engage and work collaboratively with our members to help shape policy and identify our future work priorities
