COVID-19 Information Dissemination (ID) Project

CDHN is committed to improving people’s health literacy about COVID-19 by providing accurate and up-to-date information which will increase knowledge, understanding and confidence and enable people to make good health decisions.   

 To do this we will: 

  • disseminate official information 

  • fact check and disseminate other information (in conjunction with FactCheckNI) 

  • counteract misinformation  

  • identify gaps in information for people in communities about COVID-19  

  • support pharmacies by disseminating information about their role  

We will be regularly posting official and fact-checked information from our Facebook page and Twitter pages, please like and share our posts.

  • you would like to receive official and fact-checked information  

  • you have seen information about COVID-19 that you think should be fact checked  

  • there is something you would like to know about COVID-19 and you can’t find it  

 

About CDHN?   

CDHN is viewed as a trusted and respected source of information by our extensive membership base.  Building on our existing relationships with Health and Social Care Board (HSCB), Public Health Agency (PHA) Department of Health (DoH) and the five Health and Social Care Trusts we will be working together to provide timely and accurate information in relation to COVID-19.
