Level 1 BCPP Project (BCPP Taster Project)
This funding is for a partnership between a community pharmacy and community organisation to deliver a community development project lasting up to 6 months with a group of 12-15 people that focuses on the social determinants of health. Partnerships are awarded up to £2,500.
