Training and Support Survey

One of CDHN's key areas of work is providing training and support to develop understanding and skills in community-based approaches to tackle health inequalities.   We provide training and support to our members and beyond including people in communities, community and voluntary organisations, health and social care and the public sector.  

We would like to invite you to complete a short survey (5-10 min) so we can find out more about the training and support needs of your organisation or community so that what we offer in the future is appropriate, relevant and needed.
