Elevate Community Mentoring & Grants Programme 2025-2026 IS NOW OPEN

The Public Health Agency (PHA) and the Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) are pleased to announce that the Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme 2025-26 is now open for applications.

Stephanie Houston, Senior Training and Development Officer said, “The Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme 2025 offers a unique opportunity to groups who want to deliver new community development project ideas to address health inequalities. It provides invaluable networking opportunities alongside mentoring and financial support.  We have fantastic mentoring organisations who will support successful groups to bring people together to tackle health inequalities in their local areas. It is a great way for groups to connect with others and have that one-to-one support to assist you in developing your project”.

The closing date for applications is 4:00pm on Friday 27th June 2025.

We will consider all applications, and this year, we particularly welcome local groups who support people from LGBTQIA+, BAME, groups working with people living with a physical or learning disability and other under-represented groups.
