CDHN's 28th AGM and Networking Event
A massive thank you from the CDHN Board and Staff team to everyone for participating at CDHN’s 28th AGM. Our guest speakers’ contributions, on the new Integrated Care System (ICS), population health and the initial plans for community and voluntary sector involvement in new partnership structures really contributed to the quality and openness of our discussions.
