CDHN announces successful funding applications

Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) is delighted to announce that funding has been approved for 20 successful applicants in this round of Building the Community-Pharmacy Partnership (BCPP) Level 2 funding. 

The groups to benefit from £10,000 each are as follows:

  • Birthwise & McCartan’s Pharmacy, Newry
  • Causeway Rural & Urban Network (CRUN) & Henderson’s Pharmacy, Coleraine
  • Centred Soul, Newry & McCartan’s Pharmacy, Newry
  • Clanrye Group, Newry & Meigh Pharmacy
  • Cloughfin Community Association & Tallon’s Pharmacy, Sixmilecross
  • Colin Neighbourhood Partnership Men’s Shed & Cooper’s Pharmacy, Belfast
  • Compass Advocacy Network, Ballymoney & Boots, Coleraine
  • Creggan Education & Research Services (CES) & Hartes Pharmacy, Carrickmore
  • Cullyhanna Community Group & McConville’s, Crossmaglen
  • Futureproof & Daly’s Pharmacy, Banbridge
  • Head Injury Support Newry & Meigh Pharmacy
  • Kingdom Youth Club & Gordon’s Chemist, Kilkeel
  • Maghaberry Community Centre & Maghaberry Pharmacy 
  • Oasis Caring in Action & Boots the Chemist, Antrim
  • Pomeroy Men’s Shed & McAleer Medical Hall
  • South Lough Neagh Regeneration & Anderson’s Pharmacy, Portadown
  • Valley Rangers Football Club & Gordon’s Chemist, Kilkeel
  • Voice’s Women’s Group & Turf Lodge Pharmacy, Belfast
  • Women’s Tec & Crossin’s Chemist, Belfast

We look forward to working with these fantastic groups who have submitted really strong applications around issues such as mental health, sleep, birth trauma, parenting, isolation and loneliness.
