Elevate Mentoring and Grants 2026/27 Programme Information Session

Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) in partnership with The Public Health Agency (PHA), are pleased to announce the Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme 2026-27 is now open for applications. The Programme is for groups who are ready to tackle health inequalities using a community development approaches. Elevate places a strong emphasis on mentoring, offering groups tailored guidance, support and shared learning to help strengthen their ideas and maximise their impact. Through dedicated mentoring participants will build skills, confidence and practical approaches to addressing challenges faced by their communities.  This Programme is funded by The Public Health Agency (PHA).

The Elevate team are hosting a series of Information sessions on Zoom. These sessions are crucial for new groups interested in applying to the Elevate Mentoring & Grants Programme. They will provide detailed information about the application process and answer any questions you may have.
