Many of you will be aware that the Children and Young People’s Strategy Team within the Department of Education is taking forward a Play and Leisure project entitled Play Matters which is funded through the Delivering Social Change - Early Intervention Transformation Programme (EITP).

The Fore is a partner of the Big Lottery Fund and the only open-access funder in the UK offering development funding and strategic support to early-stage charities and social enterprises. 

This is a new and innovative project being delivered by local rural support networks CWSAN  &  COSTA. 

 

At CDHN we were delighted by the successes of so many of the Pharmacists who have been involved with BCPP.  At both the Pharmacy in Focus Awards and NI Healthcare Awards we nominated our Pharmacists for all the excellent work that they do in their BCPP projects and we delighted to see so many of them named as finalists.

CDHN would like to extend congratulations to Gemma and all the staff at McCartan’s Pharmacy on their recent success at the NI Healthcare Awards.  

Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) was delighted to facilitate the PHA Community Development Masterclass in Derry on Friday 2nd February 2018.

 

CDHN were delighted to showcase a session with one of our BCPP projects to Kathryn Turner and Tracy McAlorum from the Health and Social Care (HSC) Board. Huge thanks to The Right Key in Dromore for welcoming us so warmly in to their group today. We honestly had the best fun ever and we'll be practicing our singing for when we visit again!!
