Adult Safeguading training dates  for 2018-19

Following last year's success, The Niamh Louise Foundation is delighted to announce Walk & Talk 2018 on 9th September 2018 to mark World Suicide Awareness Day (10th September).

5k Walk around Dungannon town centre, beginning and ending at the Niamh Louise foundation entre.

Breakfast will be served following the walk 

Registration time: 5.30am

Start time: 6 am

This is delivered to the general adult population, including those affected by depression, in a range of settings such as community venues and workplaces. The programme lasts approximately two and a half hours.

It gives participants knowledge and skills which can be used to maintain or regain good mental health and build resilience to deal with life’s challenges.
