CDHN's 30th AGM & Networking Event: Celebrating 30 years of Community Action on Health Inequalities
Join us in Celebrating 30 years of Community Action on Health Inequalities and Poverty
Social injustice and the unfair and avoidable differences in health experienced by so many people in NI have been the driving force behind CDHN’s work since we were set up in 1994.
As we mark our 30th anniversary, we want to celebrate the incredible efforts of our members who have championed community action on the social determinants of health with us. Over the last three decades, our community development work has demonstrated how building the strengths of communities to improve the health outcomes that matter most to them, partnership working and collective action can address the root causes of health inequalities.
We have laid a strong foundation together, but our journey is far from over. This year’s AGM and networking event is not only a time to reflect on our shared successes but also a crucial opportunity to strategise and strengthen our collaborative efforts. Let’s explore new ways to continue taking meaningful, community-driven action, ensuring that health inequalities become a thing of the past.
Join us in recognising the extraordinary work done by our members, celebrating our collective achievements, and envisioning the future where positive social change and health equity are realities for all.
