CDHN Statement of Values
CDHN's Mission: To end health inequalities using a community development approach.
CDHN's Values: Health is a human right. Our health is affected by wider determinants such as the environment, education, living and working conditions, housing, access to food and social and community networks. When we cork collectively in a community development approach we make the connection between all of these factors and our health. Collective action is the most effective action to end health inequalities.
