For those who have already completed and evaluated a Building the Community-Pharmacy Partnership project and are now keen to sustain the work as an ongoing service Applicants must clearly demonstrate how their proposed services and previous projects have and will meet Building the Community-Pharmacy Partnership aims and objectives.
